This meticulous approach meant assembling the right team to carry out the couple’s vision to use nature as the architectural canvas. As co-owner of one of the largest historic renovation firms in St. Louis, Steve knew a little something about home construction and remodeling. And Joan had overseen her share of renovated homes, too. Suffice to say, the Ehrharts knew the importance of finding a good team to accomplish their objectives for their Ocala home.
